TRASH RECEPTACLE CLEANING SERVICE AGREEMENT

We’re glad you have chosen Lowcountry Eco Bins! The last step to complete your online signup is to submit payment using the options below. Please note: If you have signed up for three or more bins, please contact parker@lowcountryecobins.com to complete payment.

Standards and Protocol
Lowcountry Eco Wash will follow the same schedule as your trash company. (We will let you know in advance which day of the month your cleaning will be.) Same schedule includes HOLIDAYS and if something stops the trash company from running it will stop us, too.

As part of our quality program, if the technician cannot service a trash bin for any reason, he will take pictures showing why the trash bin was not cleaned and leave you a notice indicating the reason.


ECO WASH POLICY ON BINS WITH TRASH

Our technician will remove 1 to 2 bags of trash, clean your trash bins, and then place the bags back inside when done. We reserve the right not to provide service if there is:

  • Unbagged trash – including excessive loose trash, yard clippings, diapers or animal waste.
  • Hazardous waste – including chemicals, paint, glue, or other adhesives.
  • Building materials – including plaster, stucco, wood or concrete.

We would prefer the trash bins to be empty. Empty bins make for cleaner bins.

OUT OF TOWN DURING SERVICE DAY

Simply call or email us in advance of your cleaning day and we will “credit” you for that month, skip your cleaning, and see you the following month. Unfortunately, if you do not notify us and we go to provide the service, your account cannot be credited.

If there are more than two bags of trash, excessive loose trash, hazardous waste or building materials, please notify us prior to 8 a.m. and we will skip the cleaning that day and credit your account. However, we cannot credit your account if you do not notify us before 8:00 a.m.

Failure to inform Lowcountry Eco Wash when you are out of town in order for us to coordinate an alternative cleaning schedule.

CANCELLATIONS POLICY

Refunds are not issued for cancellation of service, except for relocation out of our service area. If you relocate to a neighborhood that is not in our service area, you may gift the remaining service to anyone within our service area or request a refund for the remaining service minus a $25.00 cancellation fee. If you are anticipating that you might be moving out of our service area, please give us a call to discuss.
